… a gag as lame as Scoble’s still gathers reams of comments and pingbacks. Bah. :-)

Well, I think Damien’s one was much better.


  1. I was a little amazed at the number of people who fell for Damien's gag. People were genuinely thrilled for him and didn't read the details very carefully. In some respects, this is a hallmark of a good April Fool's Day gag -- it should be plausible and not an obvious joke. But it's a fine line. It can backfire if you're not careful. Bob#
